This is my first tablet, having had a desktop PC, and currently having a Laptop PC and an Android phone. The packaging it came in was robust and secure which allowed for the tablet to arrive in good order. The tablet itself is as described and perfectly adequate for the average user. Though I would also say that any professional who wanted something light and basic for checking their emails and diary or note keeping wouldn't go far wrong with this product. Having no previous tablet experience, I found it easy to connect up to the internet and to sync my email accounts to it (always number one on most peoples immediate setting up list). Its response to the operators touch is quick (no lagging)and a light touch is all that's needed. Add ons included charger, earphones, and necessary USB cables to me the purchasers needs along with a small yet functional instruction booklet. I have not used all the apps that on it to date, but based on my experience to date I have no doubt they will...
