I bought my tablet from a Hong Kong supplier on the web and not Amazon, had no problems and arrived within 2 weeks and I'm really pleased with it after tweaking it's settings.
It came with Android 4.0.4 and firmware 1.58b (which are the latest)Earphones, UK adapater but I threw it away as it wasn't certified and bought a replacement from a local shop. USB PC cable and a Female USB adapter so you can plug USB devices into your tablet and a 1 year warranty which was in Chinese.
