m009s f1 8gb tablet
only had the tablet a few days.we bought it for our six year old.was impressed until the touch screen started to become frozen.according to online forums its probably due to the fact that we need to download new firmware.we have tried to do this.but as yet this is proving unsuccessful and is also not easy to do.we thought(probably naively)that the tablet would work as soon as it is switched on.any help or tips would be very much appreciated.
