Would have been 5 stars if camera flash had worked
I was confident in ordering this from china via Amazon as I knew I would be well supported in the event of problems.
As a n android phone it was very good, responsive key pad and a good responsive screen, android apps all loaded and worked well, power consumption seemed high, went down to 70% in an hour, calls were crisp and clear, as a phone no problems.
The camera worked well in natural light and gave good results, however flash was useless (?? Faulty) so I returned it.
I can not speak highly enough of the excellent customer service I received from Dracotek, unbelievable efficiency in answering texts and answered every question I asked. When it came to the refund, excellent once again, helpfull beyond my expectations, they asked me t send proof of posting, which I did, together with a photo of the parcel labelled up ready to go. They processed my refund immediately on receipt of the p.o.p and were so helpful. I thoroughly recommend Dracotek as a company for excellent...
