I bought this 10 port hub after reading a lot of reviews on powered hubs and noting the various problems that buyers experienced. This one had decent reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. Compared to my old 4 port (unpowered) hub, which would not recognise my usb flash drives, if a printer was also connected to it, this device has so far had my printer, scanner, and three USB flash drives connected and working simultaneously, with no problems. All I can say is it works for me (with mains power connected), on Win 7 64 bit, (and it looks good on the desk too!), and I would recommend it.
