Momo 11 - very impressive well priced tablet
I wanted to replace my old Archos tablet with something a bit larger, more powerful, and more up to date. There are a lot of tablets around and so research is necessary to avoid buying a lemon. The reviews for the Momo products have been very positive, and in particular the very helpful Gary of GTR tipped the balance for me, and I ordered the Momo 11 Bird direct from GTR. It arrived promptly, and as previous reviewers have said, the UK power adapter is taped very securely to the outside of the very slim Momo box ( you needn't worry about this as there doesn't seem to be room inside the Momo box for a UK type plug).
So, out of the box, and switch on (the on/off switch is on the right hand side at the bottom of the various connection points). A long hold and the little Appbot appears and the tablet boots up (mine had about 38% battery power). I then spent a few minutes configuring the time/date/location. Then linked up to my wifi - this was a quick process and I got a strong signal...
