arrived from china within 2 weeeks opened the box set it up ie switched it on with no problems,comes fully loaded with loads of maps including uk,put it in car to test,Result brilliant worked a treat.I now use it for work i am a commercial driver and this is the best nav i have had my previous one was a garmin, and this one has a lot more features ,I do not have enough time to list all features but here are a few.1]windows co 6,2 mp3 player,4, video player,5,radio ect ect ect.As a satnav the settings are endless comes with trip computer speed warnings if over the limit arrival time distance to next junction/ roundabout.Downsides seems fragile I WOULD NOT WANT TO DROP IT. IT has a touch screen wich can get very misty if useing fingers .I MUST ALLSO MENTION THAT THE INSTRUCTION BOOK IS VERY BASIC, Oh and while i remember u have at least 8 voices to choose from female+ male. AND THE BEST THING OF ALL
