Works like a charm
I bought this cable to hook my HTC One X phone (Micro USB) to my Sony LCD TV (HDMI), and it works exactly as you'd expect. The picture is great, with no lagging or stuttering, and overall I'm very pleased.

Instruction
1) Plug male Micro-USB of this adapter to phone/tablet's micro USB input port.

2) Hook up the MHL adapter to HDTV using a HDMI cable (NOT included in
this order)
3) Plug in charger cable to Micro USB female socket on the adapter
4) Certain phones may require rebooting the device first time you use this
adapter. If you do not see device's screen mirrored on TV, please reboot your
device
